No molds and no tooling charge. One piece or a repeat order, and we save your file.

A drawing, a photo with a ruler in it, or drop off the part.
Get a custom quote
We look it over and send you a quote for your job.
Pick it up
Pickup in American Fork by appointment. Delivery is quoted per job.
We take cash, card (3.5% fee), check, Zelle and Venmo.
Custom cuts take a 50% deposit. Stock sheets are paid at pickup.

Is EPS the same as Styrofoam?
Not quite. Styrofoam is a brand name. Most people use the word for white bead foam, and that foam is EPS (expanded polystyrene). That's what we cut.
Is EPS waterproof?
EPS doesn't rot or dissolve in water, but it isn't fully waterproof. Tell us where the foam will go and we'll help you pick EPS or XPS.
What densities do you have?
EPS comes in different densities, from light to firm. Tell us what the part needs to do and we'll recommend a density and confirm what's on hand.
What file types do you accept?
DXF, SVG or PDF drawings work best. A hand sketch with measurements or a photo with a ruler works too. You can also drop off the part.
Do you cut to size? Do you sell full blocks?
Yes to both. We cut sheets and shapes to your size, and we sell full EPS blocks.
Can you cut custom shapes?
Yes. Our CNC hot-wire machine cuts profiles, letters, props, inserts and blockouts. No molds and no tooling charge.
