Forms and blockout questions
What is a concrete blockout?
A piece of foam set in the form to keep concrete out of a space, leaving an opening, pocket or recess after the pour. We cut EPS blockouts to the shape on your drawing.
Can you cut void forms and keyways?
Yes. Send the plan sheet or a sketch with measurements and we'll cut void forms, keyways, box-outs, tapers and step shapes to fit.
What drawing do you need?
A DXF, SVG or PDF, a plan sheet, or a clear sketch with dimensions. A photo with a tape measure works for simple shapes.
Do you do repeat runs?
Yes. We save your file so the next set matches the first.
Pickup or delivery?
Pickup by appointment in American Fork, or delivery to your job site along the Wasatch Front, quoted per job.
