Watch it cut

From drawing to finished trim

We draw the profile, then the CNC hot-wire follows it through the EPS block. Every piece in the run comes out the same shape.

Repairs and matches

Match the trim that's already there

Fixing a damaged band, adding on, or matching a neighbor for the HOA? Send a photo of the trim end with a tape measure across it, or bring in a piece. We trace the profile and cut new lengths to match.

Because we cut on a CNC hot-wire machine, the profile stays the same from the first piece to the last, across every opening on the job.

For stucco and EIFS crews

Cut for the way your crew works

We cut raw EPS shapes, ready for your mesh, base coat and finish. Pieces are cut in standard lengths and labeled by profile, so they're easy to sort at the job.

We work with crews across Utah County, Salt Lake and the Wasatch Front on new builds, remodels and repairs, and we keep your profiles on file for the next order.

Don't see your question? Call or email us.

Where can I get EPS foam trim for EIFS or stucco in Utah?

Rapid Insulation cuts EPS foam trim and shapes at its shop at 7501 N 6500 W in American Fork, Utah. Pickup is by appointment, and delivery along the Wasatch Front is quoted per job. Call (760) 650-5737 or email contact@rapidinsulationutah.com.

What EIFS and stucco shapes do you cut?

Window and door trim, sills, bands, cornices and crown shapes, quoins, keystones and custom profiles from your drawing. We cut them from EPS on a CNC hot-wire machine, so every piece in a run matches.

Can you match the trim already on my building?

Yes. Send a clear photo of the end of the trim with a tape measure held against it, or bring us a short sample piece. We trace the profile and cut new pieces to match.

Do the pieces come coated?

We cut raw EPS shapes, ready for your crew's mesh, base coat and finish. If you want to talk about coating, ask us when you send the job.

How do I order foam trim?

Send the profile (a drawing, a sketch with dimensions, or a photo with a tape), the total lineal feet for each profile, and your window and door sizes if it's a surround. Quoins and keystones are counted by the piece. You can also lay out your trim in our EIFS trim builder and send it from there.

Do you supply stucco and EIFS contractors on repeat jobs?

Yes. We work with stucco and EIFS crews on new builds, remodels and repairs, and we save your profiles so the next order matches the last one.
