Custom cuts take a 50% deposit. Stock sheets are paid at pickup.

What is EPS geofoam?

Can you cut geofoam to my plans?
Yes. Send a drawing (DXF, SVG or PDF), a sketch with measurements or the plan sheet, and we'll cut the blocks and pieces to fit on our CNC hot-wire machine. We save the file for repeat orders.
What is a concrete blockout?
A concrete blockout is a piece of foam set in a form to keep concrete out of a space, leaving an opening, pocket or recess after the pour. We cut EPS blockouts to the shape on your drawing.
What is a void form?
A void form is foam placed in or under a concrete pour to leave a planned empty space. EPS is easy to cut to the size and shape the plans call for, and we cut void forms to order.

Many engineered and public jobs list a foam type in the plans or specs. Send us the plans and the type listed, and we'll tell you what we can supply before you order.
